EXCHANGE & RETURN

This policy applies to products purchased only from the website http://www.fjallraven.in

We accept all exchange and return requests for any reason within 15 days of invoicing your item, given that the item is in its original packaging (polybag) and unused condition.

This means:

  • Item is in its original packaging, in new condition. That is, free from marks, makeup, scuffs, odours etc.
  • Item is folded neatly in original packaging with all zips and snaps closed.
  • Swing/Hang tags and labels are attached and undamaged

If the products are returned used, damaged or do not have all original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse your refund or deduct return funds.

You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returning parcels.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please use above return address. You can send email to info@ryslevoutdoor.com or WhatsApp to 960671510, for any questions. Once we receive your item, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and a further 3-5 business days for delivery (Subject to DT/DC delivery schedules.) 

If you require your replacement urgently we recommend purchasing this item to avoid missing out on the stock, and simultaneously processing a return for a credit or refund. You are welcome to contact us if you are unsure.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

  1.  Send product to above mentioned address.
  2.  Please inform the reason why you return, to make our services even better.
  3. Refund will be done within 48 hours. If your item arrives damaged, we won't be able to offer a full refund or exchange. We recommend using registered post with tracking - we are not liable if your package goes missing in transit and unfortunately we won't be able to help.

Please note, we cannot accept pick-ups or drop-offs at our warehouse due to Safety legalisation.

FAQ

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED?

 We take the outmost care in ensuring our goods are of high quality. However, if for any reason you find that our products are faulty or unsatisfactory, please visit our warranty page. 

We offer a 1 year limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects for items with proof of purchase.(Copy of invoice)

Products that has not been purchased direct from www.fjallraven.in have to approach from where the product has been purchased. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

This is largely dependent on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund. In general, you can expect to receive your refund in your original payment account within 1-3 business days, once your goods have been received by Fjällräven India. (Ryslev Outdoor Pvt. Ltd.)
